ABOUT PRODUCTID 16700
This set of three Napoleonic plates originates from the 1920s, produced by Boch La Louvière in Belgium, and represents fine earthenware craftsmanship in Empire revival style. Each plate measures 24 cm in diameter and is made of smooth, ivory-white faience with a glossy, glazed finish. The broad rim features rich black transfer-printed decoration: four repeating segments with the stylized 'N' monogram inside laurel wreaths, framed by acanthus, imperial motifs, and neoclassical scrollwork, giving the design a grand, courtly character inspired by the Napoleonic era. The center of each plate showcases a meticulously detailed battle scene—among them, the dynamic Polish charge at Somosierra and the death of Marshal Lannes in 1809—rendered with fine black transfer print, crisp lines
