The PRIM mechanical alarm clock from the 1960s is a Czechoslovak example of mid-century modern functional design. Its round, compact form features a metal case lacquered in a vivid blue, with a geometric, disciplined silhouette and practical construction. The front displays a legible, cream-colored dial with large black Arabic numerals and black hands tipped with green luminous accents. The outer bezel, short angled legs, and classic ring handle are made of chromed metal. The bottom of the dial is marked 'Made in Czechoslovakia'. The clock is equipped with a manually wound mechanism and a fully functioning alarm. Dimensions: height 9 cm, width 7 cm, depth 5 cm. The piece is preserved in original, unrestored condition—lacquer shows chipping and edge wear, the dial displays patina and discoloration, and the metal elements feature age-typical tarnish and minor corrosion.
