This Austrian apothecary bottle from around 1900 is crafted from transparent, faceted crystal with a high level of clarity and a slightly warm undertone. Its refined silhouette features elegantly shaped shoulders and a gently tapering body, culminating in a snug, hand-cut multifaceted crystal stopper. The front is adorned with a white enameled label, framed by stylized red garlands and bows and inscribed with bold black 'TINCT. LIGNOR.' letters, while small red geometric squares add a decorative Art Nouveau touch beneath the inscription. The thick, bevelled base ensures stability and showcases fine proportions and craftsmanship typical of early-20th-century pharmacy vessels.
