The Zyklus armchair, designed by Peter Maly for COR in 1984, is a hallmark of 1980s German design within the futurist movement. Its solid frame is constructed from chrome-plated tubular steel, with a reflective surface that emphasizes the piece’s industrial character. The original upholstery features smooth black leather on the seat and backrest, contrasted by a cylindrical headrest in bold, cool-toned blue leather – a striking two-tone effect.
