ABOUT PRODUCTID 14026
This Art Deco vase from the 1930s, crafted by the renowned Moser manufactory in Karlovy Vary, exemplifies the highest standard of Czechoslovak glass artistry. Made entirely from faceted, high-quality crystal in an amethyst violet shade, the color subtly transitions from a cool, light hue at the top to a saturated depth at the substantial base. The glossy surface amplifies the optical qualities of the crystal, with light dancing across meticulously cut and engraved patterns. The body displays precise, symmetrical geometric and floral motifs—stylized flowers, leaves, and arches—typical of the Art Deco style. The upper rim features an undulating, scalloped edge that crowns the harmonious silhouette. A thick, weighted base ensures solid presence and stability, while all edges are flawlessly polished and free from chips. The piece bears the official Moser signature. Preserved in very good condition, the vase shows no damage or traces of restoration; the glass retains its clarity and brightness. This vase carries echoes of interwar luxury and artistic rigor—a world where geometric discipline entwined with a fascination for natural forms. The cool violet crystal seems to whisper of Viennese salons and Prague apartments—of a glow that refuses to recede into the background. Its mirrored facets reflect light like the surface of nighttime water in a city
