ABOUT PRODUCTID 34129
This 1970s serving trolley embodies Polish functional design influenced by mid-century modern and minimalist trends of the era. The structure features a chrome-plated, geometric frame with straight lines and right angles, emphasizing an industrial aesthetic. Two spacious white shelves and a single drawer are crafted from laminated particle board, providing a smooth, matte surface for everyday use. Notable are the four large silver-tone casters—two of which are fitted with brakes, allowing the trolley to remain stable in any chosen position. The proportions are balanced: the upper shelf is equipped with a low gallery to prevent items from sliding off, and visible screw joints are an intentional nod to the constructional honesty of the 1970s. The overall condition is good, with minor scratches and small veneer losses on the edges—typical for vintage furniture from this period. All parts appear original, with no signs of significant restoration. This trolley tells the story of a decade when functionality and simplicity of form were held in the highest esteem.
