This early 20th-century Central European bird feeder or waterer is crafted from thick-walled, robust ceramic. The main color is a warm honey-brown with a subtle orange hue, finished with a glossy, uneven glaze. The surface features darker speckles and gentle marbling, which emphasize its rustic character. The base is left unglazed, revealing a rough, grayish, porous texture that contrasts with the smooth, shiny upper part.
