This glass bonbonniere from the 1930s, produced by the De Rupel glassworks in Boom, Belgium, is a refined example of Art Deco design. Its body features a geometric, conical base crowned by a stepped domed lid with a rounded clear glass finial. The surface is expertly acid-etched, giving it a frosted, ice-like texture that diffuses light and imparts a translucent, softly shimmering character.
