ABOUT PRODUCTID 1059
A figurine made of pressed wood, which serves as a candle holder, incense burner, bookend, and art object. Each piece is hand-painted, making it unique. Every element of the LUDISM collection is inspired by legends and folk tales. Boruta (a Slavic trickster) is a cunning and clever devil, the guardian of hidden treasures in the castle chambers. According to Polish legend, he offered wealth in exchange for one's soul. Made and designed in Poland by Ola Niepsuj, Karol Pasternak, and Piotr Maciaszek. The actual appearance of the product you receive may differ slightly from that shown in the photos – each piece is hand-painted by our craftsmen. Legend: Deep in the forest, where the trees reach the sky and light barely pierces the thickets, Boruta lurks. Some say he is a noble guardian of nature, others — a cunning trickster who leads wanderers astray. Whether he becomes a friend or foe depends on the heart of the one who enters his domain. His presence is a reminder of the ancient bond between humans and wild nature.
