The Mandruzatto centerpiece bowl from Murano, crafted around 1950, exemplifies Italian crystal glass artistry using the layered 'sommerso' (sunburst) technique attributed to Flavio Poli. Its organic form features dynamic, undulating arms and petal-like edges, lending a sense of sculptural fluidity. The dominant hue is a deep ruby red, seamlessly blending into amber and finally clear crystal at the base, producing a striking gradient effect.
