This decorative bowl was designed by Sidse Werner and produced in the 1980s by Holmegaard, a renowned Danish glassworks celebrated for its thoughtful, modern forms. Crafted from transparent, slightly icy-blue glass, the bowl features a richly organic vertical ribbed texture and a softly scalloped rim evoking flower petals. Measuring 9.5 cm in height and 17 cm in width, the silhouette is punctuated by flowing lines that recall both tree bark and moving water—a nod to the natural inspiration behind much of Scandinavian design. The thick, blown glass has a satin-matte finish, diffusing light across its surface and highlighting the clarity and gentle luster of the material. Seamless transitions between the rim and body showcase expert craftsmanship particular to this era. The bowl is preserved in very good condition, with no chips or cracks;
