This early 20th-century Biedermeier breakfast set from Silesia is crafted from premium white porcelain, glazed to a lustrous, high-gloss finish. The set comprises three pieces: a teacup with an angular, sculpted handle, a saucer, and a dessert plate. The crisp, cool white porcelain is adorned with broad cobalt blue panels radiating from the center and rim, each hand-painted with bouquets of pink and magenta roses. Gilded lines and filigree motifs divide and frame the panels, while the gently scalloped edges, highlighted in gold, add to the ornamentation. Every part is marked with an underglaze crowned eagle and 'C.T.' initials, with the cup also bearing an impressed manufacturer's mark.
