The three-piece 'Goplana' breakfast set from the Ćmielów porcelain manufactory is an icon of Polish mid-century modern design, created by Wincenty Potacki in the 1950s. The set comprises a cup (height 8 cm, diameter 5.6 cm, length 7.6 cm), a saucer (diameter 14 cm), and a dessert plate (diameter 17 cm), all crafted from high-quality, cool-toned white porcelain with a glossy glaze. The surface is adorned with a hand-painted, abstract pattern of irregular zigzags and lines in black, gray, and metallic gold, forming a dynamic, rhythmic composition. The interior of the cup, as well as the edges, handle, and selected areas of the pattern, are finished with vivid gilding. The slender proportions and organically flowing shapes are characteristic of the New Look movement. Each piece bears the Ćmielów mark and a unique stamp confirming the artisanal, hand-painted decoration. The set is preserved in very good condition: the porcelain is free from damage, and the gilding remains original and intact. The form and decoration of 'Goplana' tell a story of
