This Brutalist candleholder, designed by Horst Dalbeck in the 1970s, is a study in sculptural utilitarianism. Entirely cast in iron, it displays a cool, metallic silver-gray matte surface marked by pronounced, raw textures. Five organically twisted arms extend boldly from a geometric, broad base—each arm branching in a sinuous, asymmetric line resembling natural elements like tangled roots or antlers.
