The Eglo 190 ceiling lamp from Austria is a refined example of 1980s design, where geometric clarity merges with the decorative sophistication of crystal glass. The low, wide dome-shaped shade is crafted from exceptionally thick, heavy crystal glass, characterized by a pronounced spiral ribbed pattern. The frosted, slightly milky texture contrasts with glossy highlights on the raised ridges, resulting in a rich visual play of light and texture. The glass shade is attached to its metal base with three decorative brass-toned screws, lending the piece a subtle industrial and vintage accent.
