The TOP O ceiling lamp by Thoro features a geometric, slightly conical drum shape crafted from matte textile or parchment material. The shade, measuring 50 cm in diameter and 20 cm in height, is seamlessly constructed with no visible seams, while two matte black bands encircle its perimeter symmetrically, establishing a clear graphic rhythm. The bottom diffuser is also matte white, ensuring uniform light diffusion. The lamp accommodates three E27 light sources, providing effective illumination for larger spaces, including those with lower ceilings. A magnet system allows easy access to the lamp’s interior and facilitates the replacement of light sources. The project was developed in collaboration with Piotr Żydowski, founder of the Jaśniej brand and the Biscuit project, and is produced by Thoro.The lamp communicates visual discipline and a pursuit of simplicity—its interplay of black and white forms a calm, precise accent within the interior. The sharply defined black bands emphasize the lamp's proportions, while the smooth, matte surface of the shade reinforces its minimalist nature.
