This large mid-century ceiling light, designed by Helena Tynell for Limburg in the 1960s, exemplifies refined mid-century modern design. It features a striking, hand-blown bubble glass shade with a pronounced three-dimensional structure formed by numerous rounded glass bubbles. The glass is fully transparent, with a cool, clear tone and a highly reflective, glossy finish. The upper section consists of a cylindrical, chrome-plated metal element with a mirror-like, polished surface, transitioning into a black textile cord and a matching chrome ceiling canopy. The lamp's proportions are balanced: the voluminous spherical shade (32 cm diameter, 22 cm height) is anchored by the concise, minimalist chrome cylinder. All components remain original, including the manufacturer’s sticker, and the lamp is preserved in very good vintage condition, with no visible signs of wear or restoration.
