This Hillebrand ceiling lamp from the 1970s exemplifies German modernism, where structural solidity is paired with a refined choice of materials. The construction features a wide, gilded ring of polished brass with a mirror-like sheen, forming the base for a substantial decorative Murano glass element. The glass takes the form of a thick, transparent ring with a matte-satin finish and a pronounced, spiky, bubble-like texture—reminiscent of ice or crystalline formations.
