This conical ceramic vessel, designed by Nils Kahler and produced by the Kähler (HAK) manufactory in Denmark during the 1960s, stands 11 cm tall with a diameter of 16 cm. Its form combines a wide, gently flared rim with a narrower cylindrical base. The upper section is glazed in a warm, earthy ochre tone, transitioning from semi-matte to subtly glossy, and is adorned with a repeating chevron pattern in dark brown and golden-yellow shades. The lower part remains unglazed or only lightly glazed, revealing a rough, matte, dark brown ceramic with visible speckles. The transition between glazed and unglazed areas is distinct, and the whole is marked by harmonious proportions and precise craftsmanship typical of Scandinavian mid-century modern design. The vessel is preserved in very good vintage condition, showing only minimal signs of age-appropriate wear.
