This Danish walnut chair from the 1970s exemplifies mature mid-century modern design. The structure is crafted from solid walnut wood in a warm, medium brown tone, finished in a semi-matte sheen that highlights the natural wood grain. Slender, gently tapered legs and subtly curved armrests lend the piece both lightness and ergonomic comfort. The seat and backrest are newly upholstered in a high-quality, light beige boucle fabric with a distinctive, nubby texture—both the foam and textile were replaced during a professional restoration. A row of decorative metal studs traces the upholstery's edges, emphasizing the chair's classic silhouette. Visible joinery and balanced proportions reflect the quality of Danish craftsmanship. The chair is preserved in very good condition: only minor scratches and scuffs typical for its age are apparent on the wood, while the upholstery is new, clean, and free from any signs of use.
