The ULTRALEGGERA chair, designed by Oskar Zięta for Zieta Studio, features a monomaterial aluminum construction in a cool, stone-grey matte finish. The form is defined by gently rounded tubular profiles, with balanced proportions—49 cm wide, 58 cm deep, and 78 cm high—highlighting its contemporary character. Both the seat and backrest are perforated in a regular pattern, enhancing breathability and adding a refined, technical rhythm. The surface is uniform and non-reflective, with the only contrasting element being the black protective caps at the ends of the legs. The absence of visible joints or screws accentuates the precision and attention to detail in its manufacture. ULTRALEGGERA’s visual language oscillates between modernist simplicity and engineering finesse. The cool matte aluminum and airy perforations evoke an almost ephemeral lightness, as if the chair hovers between materiality and air.
