This Italian chandelier from the 1960s, in the spirit of mid-century modern, is crafted from solid brass and painted metal. Six elegantly curved arms extend from a central brass cone, each ending in a conical metal shade. The main color of the structure is a warm, golden brass, covered with a soft, even, matte patina. The shades are finished in a palette of muted, pastel tones: two in deep red, two in mustard yellow, and two in soft sage green. Each shade is tipped in white, diffusing the light gently. The matte finish of the shades subtly contrasts with the gentle sheen of the brass. With a diameter of 60 cm and a height of 70 cm, the chandelier’s proportions are balanced; the construction is free of visible screws or fasteners, a testament to refined craftsmanship. The condition is very good, with only minor age-related traces and a uniform patina on the brass.
