This vintage chandelier, produced by Mazzega in the 1960s/70s, is a notable example of Italian Murano glass craftsmanship in the mid-century modern idiom. The construction relies on a chromed metal frame with visible bolts and connectors, supporting nine hand-formed Murano glass leaves. Each leaf features a unique organic silhouette and pronounced curvature, resulting in a dynamic, almost floral profile for the entire lamp. The glass is clear with a semi-matte, frosted finish and a subtle granular texture, enriched by bold, irregular orange accents that create a vibrant contrast. The robust chain and slightly aged chrome ceiling cup complete the composition.
