The coffee cup and saucer from the 'Feston' service is a design by Wincenty Potacki, produced by the Ćmielów Porcelain Works in Poland during the 1950s and 1960s. The vessel’s form is rooted in the modernist geometry of the era: the cup presents a sculptural, conical silhouette with a gently flared rim and a slender, perfectly balanced handle, complemented by a round saucer. The fine, white glazed porcelain is covered with an airbrushed, deep burgundy color that envelops the entire exterior of the cup and the saucer, leaving only a central, glossy white reserve on the saucer and the interior of the cup untouched. Subtle matte gold accents on the rim and handle provide a restrained decorative finish. The base bears the factory’s mark: the letter 'Ć' in a triangle and 'Made in Poland.'
