ABOUT PRODUCTID 10707
The "Carry" coffee set from the 1970s is a service for six, produced by the Włocławek Faience Factory in Poland. The set comprises a tall, slender coffee pot (height 18.5 cm, width 21 cm), a creamer (9 × 13 cm), a sugar bowl (10 × 12 cm), six cups (height 5.5 cm, diameter 7 cm), and six saucers (diameter 12.5 cm). The surfaces are finished with a light blue glaze featuring a marbled, cloud-like pattern in darker blue and subtle white accents, creating a dynamic, almost hand-painted effect. Shiny gold accents highlight the handles, spouts, rims, and lid knobs, while the shapes remain clean and elongated with gently flared forms. The porcelain is smooth and even, without chips or cracks. The set is in very good vintage condition, with only minimal, almost invisible imperfections in the painting inside one cup and the creamer, and slight rubbing on the coffee pot. The design of the "Carry" set is a testament to Polish modernism of the 1970s, a time when everyday life embraced color and craftsmanship became a form of accessible luxury. The fluid lines of the pot and cups echo the optimism of the era—light, open, and inviting—while the gilded details subtly recall the festive atmosphere of home gatherings. The cool blue and marbled surface evoke a sky glimpsed through a window in a 1970s apartment block, where coffee in porcelain was a quiet ritual of daily life. This set can be displayed on a sideboard in the living room alongside simple oak cabinetry or placed on a 1960s coffee table to
