ABOUT PRODUCTID 27472
Designed by Herbert Hirche for Rosenthal in the 1970s, this coffee table represents the clarity and restraint of German mid-century modern design. The structure features a broad, round top finished in matte black lacquer, with a seamlessly inlaid central copper accent displaying a warm, reddish metallic tone and a distinctive, mosaic-like crackled texture. The copper inlay is flush with the tabletop, forming a harmonious whole. The top is supported by a wide, cylindrical pedestal base, also finished in black, adding stability and architectural simplicity to the piece. With low, wide proportions (height 30 cm, diameter 114 cm), the table is designed to be a striking centerpiece in a living room. Crafted from lacquered wood or engineered wood and genuine copper, the table reflects the precise workmanship typical of Rosenthal. The surface shows only minor signs of use: light scratches to the lacquer and a subtle patina
