This coin bank, crafted in Belgium around 1910-1920 by the Victoria manufacturer, exemplifies early 20th-century metalwork inspired by Dutch folk architecture. The body is made of solid brass, featuring a warm, naturally patinated yellow-gold hue with areas of darker oxidation, especially near the base and on the surface. The slightly flared cylindrical form is topped with a dome, from which geometric windmill blades with rectangular cutouts extend. Rivet-like decorative details encircle the base, emphasizing the industrial, handcrafted character, while the windmill blades, attached with a visible rivet, can be rotated.
