This decorative glass form from Skroldowice is a notable example of Czechoslovak glass artistry from the late 1960s, created in the spirit of the Sklo Union modernist movement. Crafted from thick, clear glass, the object takes on an elongated teardrop shape, standing securely on a wide, flat base. Its interior bursts with saturated, multicolored confetti and bold color swirls, with vibrant reds, yellows, blues, greens, purples, pinks, blacks, and oranges. The 'crushed glass' technique lends an organic, three-dimensional depth to the otherwise polished and glossy surface, resulting in a dynamic arrangement of colors and inner textures.
