The 'Kora' decorative plate was designed by Elżbieta Piwek-Białoborska for Włocławek Faience Factory in the 1960s. Model no. 6524 exemplifies Polish mid-century modern in utilitarian ceramics: a shallow, gently sloping form (24 cm in diameter, 4 cm high), crafted in faience and finished with a high-gloss glaze. The surface is adorned with a hand-painted abstract motif—creamy off-white serves as the background for organic, flowing accents in deep teal-green and ochre-orange.
