This Danish desk from the 1970s embodies the essence of mid-century modern design. Its structure features a teak veneer top and sides, complemented by solid wood legs. The overall tone is a warm, medium brown with visible natural wood grain, finished in a semi-matte sheen. The design is symmetrical: four drawers on the right, a spacious cabinet with a door on the left, and three open shelves at the rear. Handles are sculpted from the same wood and seamlessly integrated into the minimalist aesthetic. Tapered, slightly splayed legs are joined by horizontal stretchers for added stability, with no visible screws or metalwork at the front. Subtle brass keyholes add a refined accent to the drawers and cabinet. The surface is smooth and finely textured, showing only minor scratches and small veneer repairs.
