The rosewood desk, Model 77, is an example of 1970s Danish design created by the renowned manufacturer Omann Jun. Its construction features a rectangular top and two symmetrical drawer pedestals, each with three drawers fitted with integrated, sculpted solid wood handles. The rosewood veneer, with its deep brown base and distinct reddish-brown and black grain patterns, gives the piece an air of sophistication and character. The straight, cylindrical legs in solid wood blend seamlessly into the frame, emphasizing the functional, clear lines of the design. At the back, the desk offers a versatile bar section with an adjustable shelf and practical open compartments, while subtle brass keyholes accent the upper drawers. The surface has been refreshed—only minor scratches and filled veneer chips are visible, typical for vintage furniture in good, usable condition. One drawer lock is non-functional.
