This Danish desk from the 1970s exemplifies Scandinavian modernism, uniting functionality with a bold, geometric profile. The structure features honey-toned ash veneer, finished in matte to accentuate the grain and subtle texture of the wood. A matte black band runs along the top edge and apron beneath the desktop, introducing a graphic accent that is characteristic of mid-century modern design. The legs and drawer fronts are crafted from solid ash, offering a smooth, softly satined surface. Supported by four straight, square-profile legs, the desk maintains a sense of visual lightness and proportion typical of Danish design. At the front, there are four drawers—two on each side—with minimalist, square wooden handles and discreet keyholes (no keys included). The craftsmanship is apparent in the precise joinery and cohesive silhouette.
