ABOUT PRODUCTID 27049
The dining table designed by Peter Ghyczy in the 1970s is a statement of late European modernism – a geometric, square form measuring 120 × 120 cm and standing 73 cm high. The top is made of clear soda-lime glass, approximately 15 mm thick and polished to a glossy finish, resting on four substantial cast bronze legs. Each leg is vertically ribbed, lending a pronounced, tactile texture, while the warm golden-bronze patina accentuates the industrial character of the material. Glass and bronze are joined precisely at the corners, giving the piece an architectural rhythm and a sense of lightness, as if the top is floating above the base. Proportions are balanced and the overall look is firmly rooted in the minimalist spirit of the 1970s. The table is preserved in
