This early 20th-century eclectic pot, hand-crafted from brass in Austria, features a low, wide silhouette with gently sloping sides. Two rounded handles are seamlessly integrated into the body, while a decorative geometric band of intersecting lines and X-shapes encircles the upper rim, reflecting the turn-of-the-century taste for historic and folk motifs. The matte, subdued brass surface exhibits an uneven, cool-toned patina—darker around the base and handles, lighter and more reflective in areas polished or worn through years of use. Visible tool marks, small dents, and fine scratches highlight the artisanal quality of the piece. The construction is solid, formed from a single piece of metal with no visible joints, and the handles possess a slightly rougher texture than the smoother body.
