A tall, three-tiered étagère from the Norblin & Co. manufactory in Warsaw (circa 1890–1900) encapsulates the artistry of late 19th-century Polish metalwork. Crafted from brass, it features a warm, antique gold tone with a muted, matte-satin finish and a uniform, natural patina. Each round tray has slightly raised edges, while the central supports between tiers are richly adorned with repoussé and guilloché plant motifs and palmettes, reflecting the historicist style with neorenaissance and neo-baroque influences. The base is anchored by four stylized, claw-like lion’s feet, rendered in elaborate relief. A decorative finial crowns the piece.
