This large floor lamp from the 1970s, produced by Goebel in Germany, is a striking example of mid-century modern design. The sculptural base is crafted from glazed ceramic in a deep, dark brown hue with a distinctive fat lava texture, interspersed with glossy gold-toned metal rings. The form features four rounded segments separated by metal bands, flaring out at the bottom for a monumental effect. The oversized, conical lampshade is made of cream-colored cotton fabric with a smooth, matte finish, casting a warm and evenly diffused light. The lamp is fitted with a double E27 socket and a convenient floor switch. The color palette combines brown, gold, and light beige.
