This floor lamp from the Kamenický Šenov manufactory, produced in Czechoslovakia in the 1970s, reflects a thoughtful union of modern materials and decorative accents characteristic of the mid-century modern era. The lamp is constructed on a wide, circular base finished in matte white, distinguished by a central brass ring. A slender, cylindrical stem continues the crisp white theme, culminating in a cylindrical shade composed of alternating glossy brass and white plastic panels. Between these panels, vertical rows of faceted crystal beads are suspended, diffusing the light and producing a subtle play of reflections. The top of the shade is closed with a white plate featuring both plastic and crystal elements, and the lamp is completed with a white cord and a rectangular inline switch accented with brass.
