This ceiling or wall lamp from 1960s Germany is crafted from thick, smoky brown glass. The sculptural shade features a radial, sunburst pattern with pronounced, textured ridges emanating from a slightly raised, clear central section, whose crystalline detailing beautifully diffuses the light and creates depth. The glossy glass surface is highly reflective, while the perimeter is molded into soft, rounded segments, giving the fixture a geometric yet organic outline – a signature of mid-century modern and 1960s German lighting. The lamp can serve as either a ceiling flush mount or a wall sconce.
