This early 20th-century wine goblet, attributed to the renowned Theresienthal or Michael von Poschinger glassworks in Bavaria, epitomizes the artistry of Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) glass. Based on the 'Service Victoria' model, type RM 65, its design presents a harmonious two-tone composition: the spherical, clear bowl is hand-engraved with a delicate grapevine motif, while the robust stem and foot stand out in vivid emerald green. The baluster-shaped stem features a high-set nodus adorned with three applied glass 'raspberries' – a signature Jugendstil detail. The wide, slightly domed foot ensures stability, and the overall glossy finish gives the glass a lustrous presence, subtly contrasted by the matte engraving.
