This set of goblets with tray, made by Sandrik around 1920 in Austria, is a fine example of early Central European Art Deco design. The set comprises six slender goblets with cylindrical bowls, long narrow stems, and flat round bases, accompanied by an elongated, asymmetrical tray featuring stylized handles. Both the goblets and tray are crafted from brass plated with silver, presenting a subtle matte finish, while the interiors of the goblets are gilded, creating a balanced contrast between cool silver and warm gold. The surfaces are smooth, free of engravings or ornamentation, and the ensemble is characterized by seamless craftsmanship and harmonious proportions. The set bears the manufacturer's mark on the underside of the tray.
