This traditional Beni Ouraine rug, measuring 100 × 200 cm, is handwoven from thick, natural wool in the Ouadzem region of Morocco. The matte, creamy white base provides a neutral and inviting backdrop for geometric patterns in light blue, sky blue, and subdued blue-gray. Rectangles and squares connected by fine lines create a balanced composition. The uneven pile texture and hand-knotted fringes accentuate its artisanal quality, remaining faithful to Berber weaving while referencing mid-century modern aesthetics.
