This handmade Beni Ourain rug, measuring 140 × 260 cm, is crafted from thick, natural wool to create a robust, soft texture with a matte finish. The rug’s base is warm ivory-white with a subtle creamy hue, while the central section features a band of geometric diamond motifs in rich amber or ochre. Along both sides, irregular black zigzag lines evoke branch-like forms, woven to emphasize the organic essence of the design. Short, hand-knotted fringes finish the edges, strengthening the artisanal character. The slightly uneven pile texture and visible handwoven details confirm its handmade origin. Made exclusively from natural wool, the rug’s proportions allow it to serve as either a central statement or a complement within a larger arrangement.
