This handmade Beni Ouraine rug, measuring 150 × 250 cm, is crafted in Morocco from thick, natural wool. The design divides horizontally into two contrasting sections: the upper part in deep, matte-finished amber, the lower part in ivory, densely patterned with irregular black cross-like dots. Short, hand-knotted fringes on both ends emphasize its artisanal nature. The surface is soft and slightly uneven, attesting to its handwoven origin and the uniqueness of each piece. The form is restrained and geometric, with a composition based on bold color blocking and simple patterns inspired by Berber art. The rug conveys a balance between contemporary minimalism and traditional craftsmanship.
