This handwoven Berber rug, measuring approximately 200 × 300 cm, is made in Morocco from natural wool on a cotton warp. The composition features a cool, medium-saturated green background with bold diagonal stripes in deep brown-black, lime, turquoise, and orange. The colors are arranged in a simple, graphic layout with no small patterns, emphasizing a contemporary, abstract character. The rug's surface is matte and distinctly plush, characteristic of handwoven wool, while the edges are finished with short, natural cotton fringes. Each piece bears the marks of craftsmanship—irregularities in the weave and finishing details are unique to handmade production. The interplay of saturated colors and geometric divisions creates a strong visual language, blending North African weaving tradition with abstraction and mid-century modern aesthetics.
