This handcrafted Beni Ouraine rug, measuring 100 x 200 cm, is made in Ouadzem, Morocco, from natural wool on a cotton warp. The thick, soft surface features a matte finish and plush texture, characteristic of traditional Berber weaving techniques. The composition is built on saturated magenta, which dominates the background, contrasted by an abstract yellow field at the lower center and a deep, almost black-green shape reminiscent of a stylized plant. Short, off-white wool fringe along the bottom edge highlights the artisanal nature of the rug.
