The Boujaad rug, sized 150 x 250 cm, is a handwoven, contemporary example of Moroccan craftsmanship from the Midelt region, made from natural wool. Its construction features a dense, even weave with a matte finish and a subtly textured wool surface. The dominant warm beige, with a slightly cool undertone, is complemented by large blocks of taupe-brown and deep teal green, while a small off-white section introduces a gentle color contrast. The pattern is based on bold rectangular shapes and clean lines, referencing traditional Berber motifs reinterpreted in a modern, abstract manner.
