This Moroccan handwoven rug, measuring 150 x 250 cm, is crafted from thick natural wool on a cotton warp, featuring a distinctive, dense weave characteristic of Berber craftsmanship. The warm, creamy ivory base is punctuated by bold geometric accents: an asymmetrical pink shape with a cool undertone, mustard rectangles in the corners, and a vertical row of small black and yellow dots. Thin black lines add graphic contrast, while the short, natural fringe completes the edges. The surface is matte and slightly plush, offering a tactile, artisanal finish. The rug embodies a dialogue between tradition and modernity—the abstract arrangement of colors and shapes recalls mid-century compositions, yet it remains anchored in authentic Berber technique.
