This handwoven Berber rug, measuring 150 x 250 cm, is crafted from thick wool on a cotton base. The composition features bold color blocks: a deep green dominates the upper section, while the lower half is marked by muted pink, complemented by off-white, mustard yellow, and a small beige-pink rectangle near the edge. The asymmetrical geometric motif references Berber tradition as well as mid-century modern and abstract influences. The texture is plush and matte, with visible handwork and slight irregularities that underline its artisanal nature. Each edge is finished with hand-knotted fringes in natural wool, and the overall construction is robust and tightly woven. The arrangement of forms and colors creates a dialogue between craft tradition and contemporary graphic design.
