This handmade Beni Ouraine rug, sized 150 × 250 cm, is crafted in Ouadzem, Morocco from thick, natural wool. The robust construction reflects traditional craftsmanship, while the matte, dense pile lends a tactile richness. Its palette centers on a warm ochre yellow, contrasted by a vivid magenta-pink geometric shape dominating the middle area. A subtle accent of light beige/ivory adds depth to the composition. The top and bottom edges are finished with a pink border, and natural wool fringes adorn the lower edge. The pattern is abstract and geometric, highlighting the rug’s artistic, modernist character. The forms and colors evoke a sense of contemporary energy—the rug resembles a magnified fragment of modern artwork, with the geometric motif enlivening the space.
