This handwoven Berber rug, sized 150 x 250 cm, is crafted from thick, natural wool and features a geometric design inspired by mid-century modern abstraction. The composition is built from bold color blocks: saturated magenta, ochre-orange, deep black, light gray-blue, and ivory. Asymmetrical divisions and sharp edges contrast with the soft, matte woolen pile. The shorter sides are finished with white cotton fringes, and small black geometric motifs add visual rhythm. The weave is even, with precise color transitions—each piece is made in the Ouadzem workshop in Morocco, with up to 10 days of artisanal work. The minimalist visual language combines confident geometry with vibrant color. The rug conveys graphic clarity and a contemporary sensibility, while recalling the energy of abstract painting. Color contrast and woolen softness create a textile composition that draws the eye without overwhelming the space. White fringes introduce a note of lightness, and geometric details set the rhythm.
